At Senteales USA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of skincare products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Senteales USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
