At Senteales USA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return
To initiate a return, please contact us at senteales.help@gmail.com within 30days of receiving your order.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Products purchased through TV promotions, flash sales, or special promotional events
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Gift cards
Free promotional items

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
The item received
The outer packaging
The shipping label
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
